The child of the alimony defaulter helped the bailiffs to find their father, who hid in the apartment during their visit. This is stated on the website of the department in the Chelyabinsk region.
A 35-year-old resident of the city of Korkino, Chelyabinsk Region, has not paid child support for the maintenance of three children from his first marriage since 2015. The total amount of debt was about one million rubles. It is noted that the man has been repeatedly brought to administrative and criminal liability. In particular, the court assigned him 20 hours of correctional labor, which the debtor did not fulfill.
In order to bring non-payer alimony to the court, employees of the FSSP paid a visit to the place of residence of the man and his new family. His wife stated that her husband was not at home, and the bailiffs decided to look around the apartment to be sure of that. The room was also a two-year-old child of a married couple, who led the guest into the bedroom.
The bailiff, thinking that the child wants to show him his toys, followed him. In the room, the boy pointed to a gap about 30–40 centimeters wide between the wall and the bed where his father was hiding. On the same day, a man appeared before the court and was sent into custody for seven days.
